Lovely denim dress . Fits perfectly.

I got this dress in a different fabric, using custom sizing/measurements. It came out great and I'm very happy. I got it in the "hot mess" fabric, which is light and breezy. It's perfect for the hot and humid climate. For me the key in the fit was specifying the shoulder to waist measurement. I had previously gotten this dress without that measurement and while it was pretty good, I felt that the waist and pockets were a bit high. I later noticed that some other reviews also mentioned a high waist. So if someone does not want the waist on the high side then they should specify that measurement of where the waist should hit. Great fit overall.

I am from center Europe and i was nervous for this order. But I really love this.. dress are feom good material and this patern is really nice. I order size XXL after comunication with eshop. After the dress was delivered, I just narrowed the sleeves a little, as they were loose. But it was only litlle think. Thank you

This woman jacket/top is so soft, comfortable and very versatile! You can dress it up, dress it down, turn it into a desi look or pair it up with jeans and some heels. LOVE IT.

I ordered this garment as part of my very first Label Raasleela order. I was drawn to and wholly endorse the values Sonali injects into her company.

Initially hesitant to place an online order from a store in another continent, I decided after a couple of days to take the plunge anyway. I wanted this to be as good as I was hoping it to be, and am overjoyed to share that my expectations were exceeded. This is especially true for this olive block print fish dress.

Customisation:
Not being very tall (1.68m), I asked for the skirt to be lifted/ shortened to measure a total length of 21” (just above the knee on me) and submitted my other measurements too. Taking advantage of the customisation service seemed like the best thing to do. Not only because tailored clothing of course look better, but also in light of my Australian location and being in-between sizes on the size chart.

Shipping:
The dress arrived before the estimated arrival time given by DHL. I appreciated the fact that the parcel was kept as small as possible and no extra plastic packaging was used other than the DHL bag itself. This alleviated some of my concerns regarding environmental footprint.

Product:
The customisation was great on this garment. The dress fits just as I wanted. It’s neither too tight nor too baggy. I look well put together without feeling extremely uncomfortable when wearing it. The skirt is still reasonably long enough to be modest-ish in Australia but short enough not to make me look shorter than I am. The design is a blessing and exactly what I was looking for. It provides some additional sun protection in the heat of summer and the cotton—which is soft and great quality for the price point—is breathable enough to endure being outside on 41+ degree Celsius days (generally not a fun or recommendable experience).

Two additional things to note are that:
1. you have to pull the garment over your head to put it on and take it off, and it may feel a little tight but so far no drama;
2. The fabric did bleed a lot on first wash and the hand-washing instructions are to be taken *seriously*. That said, I have washed it 3 times (cold hand wash plus vinegar to reduce the bleeding) and the colour remains dark and vibrant.

The fabric is to fall for. I am a huge fan of hand dyed fabrics and the comfort along with the fashion provided by Raasleela make me a huge fan of a brand now ! Loving it !
