Refund policy

Cancellations- Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. Please inform us within this time if you wish to cancel your order. 

Refunds- Refunds are ONLY offered IF you receive a wrong or badly damaged product (tear / oil or pen stain or similar) . In such cases please write to us within 72 hours of receiving the product with pictures at hello@labelraasleela.com.
Please note we use handmade fabrics that may have uneven patches or dye marks. This will not be considered a defect as this is a part of natural process which we proudly patron.

Exchange- Exchanges can be done very easily within India. Simply contact us at hello@labelraasleela.com and we will arrange a reverse pickup. Only exception is sale products.

For customers outside India exchanges are not possible due to high shipping cost and reverse duty charges. Hence, we will contact after purchase to make sure you get the right size. We will also customize the size on request or if required. 97% of our international customer get the perfect size the first time. In case you are in the other 3% please contact us at hello@labelraasleela.com and we will surely resolve the issue.

A note about our size Chart

We urge you to see the size chart carefully. We also give extra margins inside, so you can get it altered locally. In case of an exchange we will generate a pickup at no extra charge to the buyer. 
Please note again- the sizes listed are READY GARMENT MEASUREMENTS. So for example if your actual chest size is 36" please buy 38" which is our M
Understanding this and buying a correct size will save a lot of time and effort of both buyer and seller. 

We offer exchange only once per transaction. 


Exchange Process: 

1)Please write an email to us at hello@labelraasleela.com, stating the reason for exchange. Please ensure to do this within 48hours of receiving the product. 
2) On receipt of this email, we will generate a pickup from your address through our shipping partner. The garment must be unused and intact and must be handed over to the pickup personnel in a timely manner
3) Once we receive the garment back and check it for quality, we will exchange it with another size or style or store credit- as per your preference.

Please note- 
*The store credit will not have any expiry and you can use it anytime. 
*It cannot be clubbed with any other offer/discount
*The new order value must be same or equal to the credit note given. We won't be able to issue another note with the balance amount

Also note- Unfortunately, FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (outside India), NO EXCHANGE IS POSSIBLE
We also cannot exchange/refund a discounted/sale product or any product which has been discontinued
