This short casual dress features a very chic square neckline with elastic on the shoulder. The sleeves are 3/4 with gathers on the sleeve edge. The dress also have pockets so you can be handsfree and fuss free. This is a super casual dress that you can wear on your holidays or for movie/lunch dates.
